A fun, low-impact exercise class for senior adults!
Tuesdays & Thursday mornings
from 10 to 11 a.m. in the gym.
Most exercises can be done while sitting in or holding onto a chair.
This class is free, and open to both men and women.
John Hanson will lead the class.
Registration is not mandatory, but highly encouraged,
to provide adequate set-up for the class.
